The same instinct that let her know she could drive said that she could handle the fight. So far it hasn't led her astray. Hearing the sob story, she parks, unlocks the door and gives him a sympathetic smile.

"Get in. It would be cruel to leave someone alone and injured on a dark road. I'll give you a ride somewhere safe."
