The way he takes his sword gives another flavor to her smile. A little softness to flavor desire as the warrior puts his sword away somewhere safe. They both are what they are, and, somehow, that isn't a problem for the moment. No problem at all given his next step forward.
She tilts her head back slightly as his hand runs over her jaw, encouraging him to touch more of her skin even through the gloves as she reaches up to stroke along his cheek just as he leans down. His body is warmer than hers, but not so warm as to feel alien. His lips are soft even as his body is strong. The moment is perfect. The kiss is perfect. She takes a step to close the distance between them, leaning against him, even risking the metal of his armor for that.
